DNG Series COFDM Digital Video/Audio Transmitter

The DNG Series brings a new level of digital performance and reliability to video and audio transmission for ENG and EFP applications. The DNG-100 provides a minimum of 250 mW to deliver highly reliable link performance for handheld and POV cameras as well as portable point-to-point links. Utilizing COFDM modulation coding, the DNG Series provides superior multipath performance compared to traditional analog video transmission.

The DNG-100 Series COFDM digital transmitter provides reliable and stable imagery over a wide range of operational conditions. Image quality is excellent due to high-quality low-latency MPEG-2 video compression and advanced forward error correction algorithms. The DNG-100 may be configured for operation in the BAS 2 GHz band (7 channels) or the interim “Narrowed-in-Place” channels.

Packaged in a rugged aluminum housing, the DNG Series is engineered to meet the rigors of today’s remote broadcast environment. A comprehensive front panel 15-pin connector provides quick and easy integration into any camera system without expensive specialized connectors. All connectors are located on one surface to facilitate custom integration applications in tight spaces.

The DNG Series transmitter is well suited for applications in ENG, EFP, POV, Sports, Video Assist, and LTTS.
